NAMASWEAT is a yoga and strength training fitness experience created by Lauren McHale. Lauren has made her mark in the fitness industry as a senior instructor at SoulCycle, private and corporate yoga instructor, and NASM group personal training specialist based in San Francisco.

NAMASWEAT is a blend of yoga and functional strength training created to provide a balance between hard work and self-care. This 20 minute workout is designed to introduce you to some of the NAMASWEAT signature exercises and overall flow between yoga and strength training.
