Private Yoga

Lauren has been a certified Yoga for Athletes instructor since 2011. Her practice focuses on functional range of motion, flexibility, and mobility. She also incorporates elements of guided meditation to help you reconnect with your inner knowing and strike a balance between hard work and self-care. 

Nutrition Coaching

Whether you are looking for general nutrition guidance, or a specified weight loss/gain plan including weekly grocery lists and meal preparation, Lauren can help you create a positive and effective relationship with your food choices.
